My heart is with the bold. Bold colors, bold styles, and bold changes. I love changing someone's look when they need to feel great about themselves, I love seeing the look on their faces when they barely recognize themselves because they now see the positivity within themselves. I love being able to help people through impossible situations, and teaching them how to take care of themselves. I am in love with creating something out of nothing, and I'm not afraid of change. I love being a part of a bride’s big day, and I love doing hair for competitions. Photo shoots are one of my favorite pastimes, and I obsess about hair when I'm not at work. I'm one of the lucky ones who gets to do what she loves as her career. I love that what I do affects other people's lives in a positive way. I love doing what I do.
Jessica Sanchez
@jsstylist72I have managed BA Salon 2019, and I also run BA Bridal! Bridal hair and makeup are my passion, and weddings are my absolute favorite to do. I love doing brides’ extensions also, they seem to feel their best with the hair of their dreams for their big day.
We travel all around Michigan to accommodate all types of weddings and brides.
I also love the business side of the salon, like running numbers and goal setting. My team inspires me to be the best leader I can be, and my goal is to change the game for hairdressers, to create careers.
@ashley_lynns_beautyAfter graduating from Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology in 2021, I started my journey with BA Salon. I love it here and I am now a level 2 stylist and I’ve been working on educating myself with everything I can get my hands on.
My passion is lived in blondes and extensions. I am obsessed with helping people achieve their hair goals.
I have three dogs at home that I love to talk about during my appointments. Plus love helping my guests achieve their perfect at-home maintenance. I’d love to have you in my chair to chat soon!

@styled.by.emilylI graduated from the John Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology in 2019. I have been at BA since 2022. I am a color specialist, my favorite things to do are vivid colors, balayage, and color transformations. I am on the BA Bridal team, I love creating a customized hairstyle for their special day. I pride myself on my versatility in the chair, working with all kinds of guests. Neuro-Spicy Guests Welcome and Encouraged.

@madisenmakeup @madhair05I joined the team in 2021 as a makeup artist. In October 2022 I started my apprenticeship with Naomi to learn cosmetology. I will finish in October of 2024. I am a level 1 stylist now, and available daily for makeup. I love making my guests look and feel their best! Especially the alternative bride!
Sheridan Norwood
After doing an apprenticeship with my school program in 2022, I have been braiding my friends and family’s hair. I'm excited to see where this opportunity takes me. I help on the Guest Love Team also and help guests get situated for their appointments. I will be attending college pre-med in the Fall and will become an Oncologist, in the meantime I will do hair and meet as many new people as possible.

My favorite thing to do is lived in blondes, any type of color. My goal is for my clients to always leave loving their hair and feeling confident, I plan on continuing to learn as much as I can and improving my skills as much as possible. I am a very bubbly happy outgoing person and I love learning others personality’s in my chair as well, I love spending time with family and friends and doing what I love (hair)

My passion is administration and making things run smoothly. I really enjoy working side-by-side with the BA team and creating something that will benefit our clients in the future. I absolutely love seeing how happy our clients are when they leave the salon loving their new hair or lashes. I feel very proud to know that the team has helped change someone’s life for the better. I enjoy being able to handle most of the administrative work for the team so they can focus on their passions.
